机器人手术系统在胆囊切除术中的应用

Application of Robotic Surgical System in Cholecystectomy

上世纪80年代起,机器人手术系统逐渐出现于外科手术中,并在神经外科、心脏外科、妇产科、泌尿外科、普外科等领域得到广泛应用。其中,机器人腹腔镜胆囊切除术是最早报道的机器人腹腔镜手术,多项研究显示其应用安全可行,但仍有不足之处。本文就机器人手术系统在胆囊切除术中的应用作一综述。

Robotic surgical system has been introduced into operating theatre since the 1980s, and has been widely used in neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, gynecology, urinary surgery and general surgery. Among which, robot-assisted laparoscopic cholecystectomy was the earliest reported one in general surgery, and it was demonstrated to be safe and feasible in the performance of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, however, there were still some shortcomings. This article reviewed the application of robotic surgical system in cholecystectomy.
