摘要
目的观察不同浓度、作用时间的臭氧对白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌和光滑念珠茵的灭活作用。方法用碘滴定法测定打开臭氧发生器的1档、2档、3档至15、30、45min时的臭氧浓度。按载体定量杀菌试验法,将分别经臭氧和未经任何作用的载体上的真菌洗下,各取洗脱液50μl,接种于SDA平板并置于培养箱(37℃)孵育24h后,进行活茵茵落计数,所得数据使用SAS6.12软件包进行χ~2检验。结果载体定量杀菌实验显示,当打开3组臭氧发生器45min时,臭氧对4种真菌的杀灭率达到100%。结论臭氧对这4种真菌有良好的杀菌效果,且杀菌效果随浓度和作用时间的增加而相应增强的趋势。
Objective To evaluate the microbicidal effect of ozone on 4 kinds of fungi;Candidia albians,Candidia tropicalis,Candida parapsilosis and Candidia glabrata.Methods The concentration of ozone transmitted by ozone generator at different times was determined by adopting iodine titrimetric method.According to the bactericidal assay of quantitative vehicle,the fungi on the ozonized vehicles and unozonized vehicles were washed.50μl eluant was seeded on SDA plates.The SDA plates were put into the incubator(37℃).After 24 hrs,the CFU on the plate were counted.The data was analyzed by one-Eway ANOVA with SAS 6.12 software package.Results The carrier quantitative method demonstrated that when three ozone generator machines were turned on 45 mins,the killing rates of ozone for 4 kinds of fungi were all 100%.Conclusion Ozone has an obvious disinfecting effect on 4 kinds of fungi,and the effect is correlated with the concentration of ozone and the action time.
