摘要
目的探讨胸骨后置胃代食管癌根治术患者康复的护理效果。方法通过对21例食道中段癌术后患者采取有针对性的、有效的护理干预措施,严密观察生命体征、心电监护、化痰及营养支持,维护水电解质平衡。结果 21例患者经过治疗、护理,早期实施肠内营养支持,及时补充机体所需的营养,促进肠道恢复,提高患者机体的抵抗力,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,无一例出现出血、胸瘘、食管反流等并发症,全部治愈出院。结论患者手术后的治疗及精心护理,能降低术后并发症的发生,病人恢复快,提高了患者的生活质量及生存率,实施有效的护理措施对手术成功具有重要意义。
Objective To discuss the nursing effect to the patients with esophageal caner treated by the radical operation of post-sternal replacement of esophagus with stomach.Methods 21 cases after operation of middle esophageal cancer were given the targeted and effective nursing interventions,close observation of vital signs,ECG,dissipate phlegm,nutritional support and maintaining the balance of water and electrolyte.Results Treatment and nursing care to the 21 patients could early implement enteral nutrition support,replenish the body＇s nutritional requirements in time,increase the resistance of the body,shorten hospital stays,reduce hospital costs,with no bleeding,thoracic fistula,esophageal reflux and other complications,all cases cured.Conclusion The treatment and intensive care of patients after surgery can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,patients recover quickly and having improvement of life quality and survival rate,so the implementation of effective nursing is important to the success of operation.
