摘要
高校学科建设水平是高等学校办学实力和办学水平的重要标志。加强团队建设是学科建设的关键环节。本文从学科带头人的选拔与培养、学术梯队构建、打造共同愿景、营造和谐氛围等方面分析影响学科团队成长的主要因素,并提出相应的建设策略。
The level of the discipline development has been regarded as an important indicator of the level of education.Strengthening teamwork construction in higher education was one of the key points for discipline development.An analysis of the factors influencing discipline team development has been made,and therefore,corresponding strategies were put forward.
