民办高校大学生的求职心理既有普遍性,又有特殊性。相对公办院校的学生,呈现出多样性和复杂性的特点。民办高校大学生就业心理压力大,多源于认识的偏差和对现实的不适应,需要社会、学校和就业指导部门共同关注,及时地给予科学的就业心理指导。文章在对民办高校大学生求职时通常存在的心理问题产生的原因进行分析的基础上,提出了在民办高校大学生求职心理指导上应体现出灵活性和实用性。

The job-hunting psychology of non-governmental university students both has pervasiveness and specific characteristic.Compared with the students of public university,the students of non-governmental university appear complicated and multifarious.The students of non-governmental university are under great psychological pressure that derives from cognitive deviation and maladjustment of the reality,and it needs common attention of the society,university,employment guidance department,and also timely scientific psychological guidance of job-hunting.This essay,based on the analysis of reasons why psychological problems are occurred when the student of non-governmental university are finding jobs,suggests that it should be flexible and practical on psychological guidance for non-governmental university students of job-hunting.
