Changes in serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 and its clinical significance in HIE

摘要 目的探讨MMP-9、TIMP-1在HIE患儿血清中表达的临床意义。方法采集正常新生儿和30例HIE患儿(按病情分为轻度、中度、重度3组)发病后1、3、7d血液,采用ELISA法检测MMP-9,透射比浊法检测TIMP-1浓度,并与正常组进行比较分析。结果轻、中、重度3组HIE患儿血清MMP-9与TIMP-1水平于发病后1、3、7d与对照组比较均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患儿中尤以重度组增高显著(P<0.01),且发病第3天MMP-9与TIMP-1均达峰值。结论 MMP-9、TIMP-1参与了HIE的发病,检测其血清水平对疾病严重程度及预后有一定的提示作用。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in neonate hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (NHIE).Methods Serum MMP-9 level was detected with sandwich ELISA and TIMP-1 with turbidimetry in 30 neonates with HIE at 1,3,7 d after invasion.The dates were compared with the normal.Results The serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in three groups of HIE were significantly higher than those of healthy control.The more serious the disease was,the higher the MMP-9 and TIMP-1 concentration.The levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were the highest at three days after invasion.Conclusions MMP-9 and TIMP-1 may play a role in the mobility of HIE.Detection of serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 is helpful to evaluate severity and predict treatment response of HIE.
