脑血管痉挛时平滑肌收缩调节的信号转导机制 被引量:2

摘要 平滑肌收缩调节信号转导的肌球蛋白轻链激酶( M L C K) 途径和蛋白激酶 C( P K C) 途径的激活,在脑血管痉挛的发生、发展中起重要作用。急性脑血管痉挛时的平滑肌收缩调节的信号转导是平滑肌肌浆内的 Ca2 + 浓度升高, M L C K 途径被激活所致;迟发性脑血管痉挛时的平滑肌收缩调节信号传导是血管壁中 D G 产生增多、代谢受阻和 P K C 途径被激活所致,同时, N O 对激活的 P K C转导途径负反馈抑制作用减弱。
