Nowadays,small and medium enterprises have been an important new force in the overall economic construction of Liaoning,which occupy an important position.Based on the development of Liaoning,in this article,the countermeasures to realize their continuous,healthy and rapid development were deeply discussed from the aspects of government and corporation.
