摘要
压力机连杆外圆弧面机加工的传统工艺为铣磨,该工艺占用设备时间长,且需要制作专用工装夹具,因此,机加工成本高。新工艺通过线切割、抛光工序,既提高了外圆弧面的加工质量,又显著降低了生产成本,收到了较好效果。
Milling and grinding technology is the traditional technology for forming the outer arc surface for linkage in press,which needs long working time and special tool holder with high cost.A new technology has been built through wire cutting and polishing mode,which improves the quality and saves the cost greatly with good effect.
