摘要 根据无内胎变截面等强度汽车钢车轮的使用要求,设计出其外形轮廓尺寸,用变截面代替等截面,可使其受力更为有效安全。同时提出了新的成形工艺,其工艺流程为:筒形钢坯备制→辗环预制成形→旋压成形→滚压凸缘→冲制气门孔→与轮辐组焊。其中旋压成形为主要成形工序,对制件的形状尺寸和使用性能起决定性作用。旋压技术为变截面钢车轮的生产和使用提供了可靠的工艺保障。 Due to the operating requirements of tubeless steel wheel with variable thickness and constant strength,the outline dimension has been designed.Instead of constant thickness surface,the variable one has been adopted in order to ensure its stress efficiency and safe.Meanwhile,a new forming process which could be described as cutting→pre—process of ring rolling→spinning process→rolling flange→punching air hole→welding with wheel rib has been proposed.Spinning is the main process,which is a key factor to the outline dimension and use performance.Spinning process offers reliable technology for manufacture and use of steel wheel with variable thickness.
