压下量对铸态42CrMo钢动态再结晶的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 运用刚粘塑性有限元Deform软件和热力耦合方法对铸态42CrMo钢热压缩过程中动态再结晶行为进行了研究,得到了热压缩过程中动态再结晶百分数分布规律。模拟发现再结晶晶粒细化区主要分布在心部大变形区和接触边缘区域,鼓部外圈仍为粗晶区。通过金相观察法验证了模拟的正确性。 The disciplines of dynamic recrystallization fraction of as—cast 42CrMo steel during hot compression process have been obtained by use of the coupled thermo—mechanical analysis method with visco—plastic finite element Deform—3D software.The results show that fine—grained zone has been mainly distributed in the center zone and the contact edges zone of the columns specimen,while the outer circle is still coarse grain zone.The accuracy of numerical simulation has been tested and verified through the analysis of metallographic observation.
