摘要
介绍了一种伺服电机直驱式电液执行器的组成及其应用背景;比较了伺服电机直驱式电液执行器和传统电液伺服执行器各自的优缺点;基于AMESim仿真软件,建立了伺服电机直驱式电液执行器的仿真模型和进行了系统动态性能的仿真;搭建了伺服电机直驱式电液执行器的实验样机和开展了相关的实验研究。实验结果表明,这种伺服电机直驱式电液执行器能够满足电站等应用场合的实际需要。
This paper introduced an electro-hydraulic actuator based on direct driving servo motor and its application composition. And the advantages and disadvantages of direct driving electro-hydraulic actuators and traditional servo actuator were compared, respectively. Based on AMESim Simulation software, a servo motor direct drive electro-hydraulic actuator simulation model was established. Besides, a prototype of servo motor direct drive electro-hy draulic actuator was obtained and the related research and experiments were carried out. The results show that this electro-hydraulic actuator based on direct driving servo motor can meet the actual needs of the power plants and other applications.
