日本宣传国外传染病风险信息的做法及其启示

Japan's practice to disseminate oversea infectious disease information and it's inspiration

目的通过介绍日本的出入境检验检疫机构向其出国公民宣传国外传染病风险信息的具体做法,提出值得我国的出入境检验检疫机构借鉴的建议。方法分析近年来在日本收集到的口岸现场传染病风险信息宣传资料和照片,通过因特网访问"厚生劳动省检疫所"网站查看有关资料。结果日本的出入境检验检疫机构非常重视利用口岸现场和因特网,提供静态和动态的某一传染病、某一区域的国外传染病风险信息。结论我国的出入境检验检疫机构应借鉴日本的做法,利用口岸现场和因特网做好出国人群的传染病风险信息宣传工作。

Objective To introduce the detailed practice of disseminating oversea infectious disease information to the international travel citizen by Quarantine Services of Japan, and bring forward the suggestions should be adopted by Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureaus of China. Methods The printed materials collected and photos taken in recent years at Japan＇ s frontier ports were analyzed and the website of Quarantine Service of Japan was explored to find related information. Results Japan＇s Quarantine Services attached great importance to provide static and dynamic, disease or region specified information about oversea infectious diseases, at frontier ports and through website. Conclusion Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureaus of China should pay more attention to disseminate infectious disease information to international travel citizen at frontier ports and through internet, using Japan＇s practice for reference.
