超高频射频接收系统的ADS优化设计与仿真

摘要 针对射频接收系统在无线通信环境中的应用,使用ADS软件设计了一种915MHz射频接收系统。射频接系统中的关键模块均根据实际的集成射频模块的参数设计,在选择模块中加入了可变增益放大器和衰减器,使衰减器控制VGA的增益,系统的噪声系数大幅度下降。使用ADS软件对接收系统进行仿真,并利用ADS软件的HARMONIC BALANCE仿真器中的参数扫描控制器对系统的进行优化,选择最理想的IIP3,提高了系统的灵敏度和动态范围。通过对系统的其他性能指标进行分析,射频收发系统符合实际的无线通信环境的要求。 RF receiver system for the application in the wireless communications environment,Using ADS software design 915MHz RF receiver.RF receiver system,the key modules are integrated according to the actual parameters of the RF module design,the choice of the module is added to the variable gain amplifiers and attenuators,the attenuator control the VGA gain,system noise figure significantly.Using the ADS software to simulate the receiver system,Using the Parameter Sweep controller of ADS software to optimize the system,selecting the best IIP3,improves system sensitivity and dynamic range.Through analysis the rest of the system performance,RF transceiver system meets the actual requirements of the wireless communications environment.
