目的:探讨中医药对艾滋病(AIDS)病因的科学认识。方法:分析艾滋病相关中医病因的文献,比较强调内因、强调外因、内外合因和毒邪等各家观点。结果:从外因阐释艾滋病的病因更合适,艾毒能精确的概括中医对本病的认识。结论:正确认识艾滋病的中医病因,加强对艾滋病的中医基础理论认识,更好的指导艾滋病的临床和科研。
