真武汤加减配合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液临床研究

Clinical Research of the Combination of TCM with DDP in Treating Malignant Pleural Effusion

目的:观察中西医结合治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法:将恶性胸腔积液患者41例随机分为治疗组21例和对照组20例。治疗组用真武汤加减配合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗,对照组单用顺铂胸腔灌注治疗。结果:两组治疗前后的生活质量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的有效率为80.95%,对照组为40.00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后骨髓抑制情况,消化道不良反应比较,治疗组均优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效确切,能减少毒副作用的发生及减轻患者痛苦。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of integrated Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating malignant pleural effusion. Methods ：41 cases patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. 21 cases in the treatment group were treated by reduction in zhenwu soup with DDP. 20 cases of the control group treated by cis- platin pleural infusion therapy Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group is respectirely 80.95% and 40%, comparisons of two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Quality of life and adverse events of two groups before and after the treatment＇ s were com- pared（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Integrated Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating malignant pleural effusion has definite effect,it can reduce the occurrence of toxicity and relieve pain, deserved to be further studied and spreaded
