骨外固定架治疗小儿胫腓骨骨折的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Tibial fractures in children using external fixator

目的:探讨半环组合型骨外固定架治疗小儿胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法:采用骨外固定架治疗胫腓骨骨折14例,术后定期复查,适当功能锻炼,并根据Johner-Wruth胫腓骨骨折恢复评分标准,评定患者恢复情况。结果:14例获得随访者均获得骨性愈合,1例延迟愈合。结论:必须全面了解骨外固定架治疗小儿下肢骨折的优缺点,才能取得良好的治疗效果。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of the treatment of the Tibial fractures in children using external fixator. Methods：Using external fixator to cure the Tibial fractures 14 children, periodic follow-up after surgeries, doing functional exercise properly, evaluating recoverment according to Johner-Wruth classification of Tibial fractures. Results： 14 patients all appeared osseous healing, 1 case fracture delayed union. Conclusion：Judicious use of external fixator in children Tibial fracture will get good effect.
