国医大师张琪教授治疗痹证经验

Experience of Masters Professor Zhang Qi in Treating Bi-arthralgia Syndrome

目的:探讨国医大师张琪教授治疗痹证的临床经验。方法:通过跟随张琪教授临床学习,总结其经验。结果:张琪教授认为正气亏虚是痹证发生的基本原因,扶正祛邪是治疗痹证的基本大法。常用方法有除湿通络、清热通络、活血通络、涤痰通络、虫药通络等。结论:国医大师张琪教授治疗痹证经验可资临床供鉴。

Objective：This paper studies the clinical experience of master zhang qi in treating Bi-arthralgia syndrome.. Methods： Through clinical study from professor zhang qi, and sum up the experience. Results ： Professor Zhang qi thinks that vital deficiency is the basic reason of Bi-arthralgia syndrome, the basic treatment rule is strengthening the vital and dispelling the pathogen. Commonly methods are as folllows ：resolving dampness and clear meridians, dredging heat and clear meridians, promoting blood circulation clear meridians, dredging sputum clear meridians,insect poisons clear meridians etc. Conclusion：Professor zhang qi master for its clinical syndrome experience them.
