摘要
目的:探讨加味金匮肾气丸对糖尿病大鼠脑海马CA1区nNOS表达的影响。方法:腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)制作糖尿病大鼠模型,造模后以免疫组化法观察加味金匮肾气丸对大鼠脑海马CA1区神经元nNOS表达的影响。结果:加味金匮肾气丸治疗组比糖尿病大鼠nNOS表达增加(P<0.05)。结论:加味金匮肾气丸可以有效防治糖尿病大鼠海马CA1区神经元退行性变化。
Object：To investigate the effect of modified Jinkuishenqiwan on expression of nNOS in hippoeampus CA1 area of diabetic rats. Methods ：The diabetic rat models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. After treated with modified Jinkuishenqiwan, the diabetic rats were killed, the expression of nNOS was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results：The expression of nNOS in hippocampus CA1 area of diabetic rats which were treated with modified Jinkuishenqiwan was increased （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Modified Jinkuishenqiwan could facilitate the expression of nNOS in hippocampus CA1 area of diabetic rats, and prevent the degeneration of hippocampus of diabetic rats.
