中药内服加熏洗治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chinese Drug with Washing in Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:观察中药内服为主治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:内服益气养血、补肾壮骨、温经络、祛风湿、止痹痛的中药,外用辛热祛寒、活血祛风、舒筋通络的中药熏洗,配合口服消炎止痛和缓解肌肉疼痛的双氯酚酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊。结果:58例患者中显效28例,占48.2%;好转22例,占37.9%;无效8例,占13.7%;有效率达86.1%。结论:中药内服加熏洗治疗强直性脊柱炎临床疗效显著。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Chinese drug with washing in treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods：Internal drug were as follows ： tonifying qi and blood, tonifying kidney and bones, warming meridian, removing wind and wet, polio-free pain essien, external drug were as follows：xin heat remove cold, promoting blood circulation to remove wind, courses muscle to free network, cooperate oral anti - imqammatory and fumigation pain and ease muscle double pentaehtorophenol acid sodium release intestines dissolving capsule. Results ： Markedly effective 28 cases （48.2 % ） , effect 22 cases （ 37.9 % ） , ineffective 8 cases （ 13.7% ） , the effective rate was 86.1%. conclusion：Clinical effect of Chinese drug with washing in treating ankylosing spondylitis was better.
