手法结合药物治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Technique Combined with Drug in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察手法结合药物治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:在一般治疗的基础上,采用手法配合内服小活络丹加减方治疗。结果:78例患者经用上法治疗60 d后,疗效显著,有效率97.4%。结论:此法能有效止痛,并防止膝关节软骨的持续损伤,促进关节软骨的修复,能起到标本兼治的作用。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of technique combined with drug therapy knee osteoarthritis. Methods：In the basis of general treatment, technique with xiaohueluodan deductions was for treatment. Results ：78 patients was done clinical research treatments for 2 months, curative effect is distinct, the total effective rate was 97.4%. Conclusion：This method can effectively stop pain, and prevent knee sustained damage, promote articular cartilage repair, can play the role of symptoms.
