南京国民政府时期中医药立法研究

Study on the Laws and Regulations of TCM in the Time of Nanjing National Government

目的:分析南京国民政府时期颁布的四部中医药法律法规,梳理出南京国民政府时期对中医药立法的进程。方法:对不同时期中医药法律历史价值进行评析。结果:南京国民政府时期中医药立法先后经历立法空白、立法割裂、立法统一三个不同时期。结论:只有坚持中西医并重的发展方针,才能建立起即符合国情又符合广大人民意愿的社会主义卫生法制。

Objective ：This article is based on the laws and regulations of TCM which were published by Nanjing National Government. Methods：According to comparison with laws and regulations of TCM in different time. Results and Conclusion：The author consider Only by adhering to the strategy of equal emphasis on TCM and modern medicine, the legal system of health could be established very well.
