为进一步延长船舶柴油机的使用寿命,结合工作经验并对当地航运船舶柴油机进行抽样调查。结果表明:各航运公司船舶柴油机使用时间较长,对使用寿命要求较高,但轮机管理人员专业素质参差不齐,视野不开阔,并存在对轮机专业管理的重要性认识不足及专业管理能力不强等问题。针对这些问题,对加强专业培训与教育,提出了有益建议。

To further extend the service life of marine diesel engines,combined work experience in local marine diesel engine with a sample survey .Nesults showed that ：the shipping eompand used marine diesel engines a lomgtime, and require a higherlife,but the engine management professional quality is very incomplete,vision is not open,and the presence of turbines understatnd the importance of professional management and professional management capacity is not strong and so on.To solve these problems ,strengthen the professional education and training ,the writer made some useful suggestions.
