摘要 针对工程设计企业在绩效管理方面存在的一些突出问题,提出了基于平衡计分卡的工程设计企业绩效管理新思路,通过对可行性的进一步分析,建立了基于平衡计分卡的工程设计企业绩效管理模型,该模型的实施,对工程设计企业绩效管理有一定的研究价值。 In this theoretical, some outstanding problems of performance management in engineering design enterprise be present. By this, a new thinking be proposed which is based on Balanced Scorecard. And the Feasibility of the thinking had been stay on in this theoretical. Performance management model about engineering design enterprise be build which based on BSC. Therefore, the theoretical basis of the thermal analysis of performance management have important research value in engineering enterprise.
