In the field of international law,the historical handling of injustice cases is controversial.The writing attempts to first describe the backgrounds and types of historical injustice cases,then discuss the relation between the handling of these cases and international law,focus on the injustice cases and international human rights law,that is,compensation for the citizens of other countries,caused due to one country＇s violation of its international obligations,further tell about the status of individuals and countries in the handling of historical injustice cases,and finally conclude that the basic principals of international law should be applied in the handling of historical injustice cases.
