高校辅导员制度是我党加强领导和保证社会主义办学方向,促进高等教育事业发展的重要措施。是根据前苏联红军设置"政治指导员"的做法,和我军"把支部建在连上"等重要经验,以及我国的实际需要建立起来的高校学生教育管理制度。当前,在新时期、新形势下,积极研究辅导员制度沿革和发展趋势与优化措施具有极其重要理论价值和现实意义。

The class teachers system is the important measure that our Party takes to reinforce its leadership,ensure the orientation of socialist education and promote the development of our higher education.The system is based on the former Soviet Union＇s way of establishing the system of political commissars and our army＇s experience in setting up a Party branch at the level of a company as well as a system for educational management of college students established due to the practical situation of our country.It will be of great significance to conduct an active study of the history of the class teachers system,the tendency of its development and optimization measures.
