摘要
为了研究正交异性钢桥面板中闭口纵肋与桥面板连接处纵向焊缝的疲劳性能,分别以焊缝形式、对接间隙、焊接方式和加载方式为变化参数,设计了14个U肋试件,进行了静力和疲劳加载试验,得到了各个试件在不同应力幅值下的疲劳循环次数,并通过统计回归分析,分别得到了U肋和桥面板处角焊缝连接和熔透焊缝连接的疲劳S-N曲线及其疲劳分级。试验结果表明:角焊缝试件的疲劳初始裂纹多出现在肋板焊趾处,而熔透焊试件的初始裂纹多出现在面板焊趾处。
In order to investigate the static and fatigue behaviors of the welded rib - to - deck connections in steel orthotropic bridge deck, 14 rib -to -deck connection specimens were designed considering the weld types, butt gap, welding method and loading position as parameters. The static test and fatigue test were carried out to ob- tain the fatigue cycle number of each specimen under different stress range. Based on the statistical regression a- nalysis, the S - N curves and fatigue classification of the rib - to - deck connections welded with fillet weld and partial penetration weld were obtained respectively. The test results show that the initial fatigue crack of the fillet weld is easily appeared at the weld root of the rib, while the initial fatigue crack of the penetration weld is easily appeared at the weld root of the deck.
