摘要 以新建贵广铁路两安隧道光面爆破施工为背景,开展系统的光面爆破试验研究。根据隧道断面面积、掌子面岩石完整性和试钻确定的岩体强度,确定光面爆破设计方案,再经过反复试验,逐步调整优化爆破布孔和装药参数,最终形成光面爆破设计方案。结果表明:Ⅱ和Ⅲ级花岗岩围岩中,周边眼的间距取为0.55 m,装药量宜控制在0.9~1.0 kg/m3。该方案对同类工程具有一定的参考价值。 Based on the smooth blasting construction of Lianghn tunnel of the newly built Gui -Guang Railway, systematic study of smooth blasting was carried out. According to the area of tunnel section, rock integrity of tunnel heading and rock strength determined by drilling, the smooth blasting design was determined. After lots of trials and adjustments of blasting holes arrangement and charging parameters, the final smooth blasting design was formed. The results show that, in grade II or II granite surrounding rock, space of peripheral holes can be 0.55 m, the charge weight can be 0.9 - 1.0 kg/m3. This program has certain reference value for similar projects.
