二十年来新词语隐退现象分析

An Analysis of the Disappearance of Chinese Neologism in Recent 20 Years

曾经在一定时期内被定义为"新词语"的词,在发展过程中有两个方向:一种情况是被人们普遍接受进入现代汉语词汇系统,另一种情况是未流入现代汉语词汇系统。这些未流入现代汉语词汇系统的新词语又有两种情况:有的仍然还出现在人们的交际中从而成为词汇系统的活动层,有的没有得到普及逐渐退出历史舞台。本文通过对《汉语新词语词典》和《现代汉语词典》对比,重点探讨某些新词语未进入现代汉语词汇系统的原因所在。

Those words that were once named as neologism face two destinies： one is that they will become a part of the modern Chinese vocabulary because they are widely accepted;and another is that they will never be a part of the modern Chinese vocabulary.For the second group of the so-called neologism,they either appear in people＇s daily communication,or disappear from the historical stage.This paper conducts an analysis of the reasons why some of the Chinese neologism disappeared in the recent 20 years by a comparison of some words collected in Han Yu Xin Ci Yu Ci Dian（A Dictionary of Chinese Neologism） and Xian Dai Han Yu Ci Dian（A Modern Chinese Dictionary）.
