财政支持创新体系的构建——以新农村建设为例

Building Innovatory System of Financial Support

社会主义新农村建设作为我国解决"三农"问题、构建和谐社会的重要举措,必须得到政府财政的支持。但是,我国财政支农工作目前尚存在一些问题,使财政的职能难以有效发挥,很大程度上制约了新农村发展的进程。因而,必须加强我国财政支持体系的构建。

As an important measure for the building of a harmonious society, new rural construction mainly solves the countryside problems. To achieve this goal, new rural construction must have a strong financial support. However,there are still some problems in the financial support system, it restrict the effect of finance on new rural construction, so do the development new rural. Thus, we should take some new measures to change this situation, especially in building innovatory financial support system.
