摘要 随着国企发展的不断加速,人才队伍建设成了关乎企业未来发展的关键。后备干部队伍建设作为人才队伍建设的关键环节越来越受到广泛重视。研究国企后备干部培养与使用过程中存在的问题,提出适合国企后备干部培养与使用的有效途径和方法,有利于国企后备干部培养与使用的程序化和规范化。 With the accelerating development of state-owned enterprises, qualified personnel building has become a key to the enterprises' development in the future . The reserve talents building as an important link of the qualified personnel building, has achieved more and more extensive attention. Research the problems in the process of the training and using of the reserve talents in the state-owned enterprises, put forward the effective ways and methods that fit to train and use the reserve talents of the state-owned enterprises, should be beneficial for the training and using of the reserve talents becoming procedures and standardization.
