摘要
目的：减少妇科手术泌尿系器官损伤的发生率。方法：对１９８２到１９９６年间２６例妇科手术伤及泌尿系器官的病例进行原因分析，对防治措施加以讨论。结果：妇科手术中泌尿系器官损伤的发生率为０．３２％，输尿管和膀胱较易损伤。结论：熟练掌握局部解剖关系，术中严格掌握操作规程，仔细解剖分离，是预防泌尿道损伤的关键。
Objective: Toreducetheincidenceofurinaryorganinjuryinthegynecologicoperation. Methods: 26caseswithurinaryorganinjuryinthegynecologicoperationwereanalysedduring1982to1996. Results: Theincidenceofinjurywas032%,andtheureterovesicalinjurywasmoreapttooccur. Conclusion: Itisextremelyimportanttobeskilfulatthelocalanatomy,operatestrictlyandseperatetheorganscarefully.
