摘要
目的：调查不同年龄段前列腺特异抗原（ＰＳＡ）的参考值。方法：采用ＡＢＣ—ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测了１００例正常男性血清ＰＳＡ的浓度。结果：年龄与血清ＰＳＡ显著相关（Ｐ＜０．０１），随年龄的增加，ＰＳＡ浓度逐渐增加（Ｐ＜０．０５）。不同年龄段的第９５％百分位数分别为：＜５０岁者为３．８０μｇ／Ｌ，５０～５９岁者为４．４０μｇ／Ｌ，６０～６９岁者为６．７７μｇ／Ｌ，≥７０岁者为７．７３μｇ／Ｌ。结论：不同年龄段应采用不同的正常参考值。

Conclusion: TheagesinfluencedtheserumlevelsofPSA,thereforethedifferentreferencevaluesshouldbeappliedaccordingtothedifferentage.
