摘要
关系社会学是推动中国社会学学科发展的重要突破口,是把握中国社会现象及其变动规律的重要研究路径,因为人际关系的非正式规范,在任何时期都是调节中国社会行为的关键机制。通过分配、招聘、调入和借调等四个维度,对甘肃省Y县县委党校职工构成结构及其流动路径作实证研究,指出"关系"在社会运行中既有整合社会初级群体、调和不同群体之间的利益之争以及弥补社会正式制度缺失的积极作用,也有破坏正常社会运行机制、导致社会信任危机的消极作用,并提出了相应的完善策略。
Relationship sociology is not only an important breakthrough to promote sociology,but also a vital way to grasp Chinese social phenomena and their changing rule,which is also the key mechanism to adjust social behaviors with its characteristic of informality.In this paper,Party School's staff structure of Gansu Y County and their promotion ways,such as distribution,recruitment,redeployment and secondment are researched.It indicates that "relationship" not only plays an active role in integrating the social primary groups,mediating the interest disputes of different groups,making up for the lack of a formal system,but also has negative effects on the social operating mechanisms,which will lead to the social crisis of trust disrupting,for which the corresponding strategies have been proposed.
