摘要
通过建立一个制造商与多个分销中心的一体化生产-分销系统模型,在模型中,访问频率和制造商的生产周期都是决策变量,通过模型计算如何使一个待决策的生产周期内的系统日平均成本最小化,从而确定最优的生产、配送方案.最后通过算例来具体分析生产周期作为决策变量将对生产、配货运输决策的影响.
A model of centralized manufacturing-distribution system is proposed in the supply chain consists of a manufacturer and many distribution centers.The production cycle is used as decision variable as well as visit frequency and our purpose is to determine optimal manufacturing-distribution policy by minimizing day average costs in a production cycle which needs to be decided.Lastly,a numerical example is given to analyze and compare the impact of whether using production cycle as decision variable on manufacturing-distribution policy.
