摘要
通过对12所浙江省普通高校的261名体育教师的施测,研制了普通高校体育教师职业认同量表,并对所编制的量表进行了探索性和验证性因子分析.量表包括普通高校体育教师职业情感受益感、职业动力感、职业自我规范感3个因子.量表的信度、效度检验及验证性因子分析结果均达到心理测量学的要求,因此,量表的研制达到了预期的目的.
Measuring 261 sports teachers from 12 universities in Zhejiang province, the paper developed the professional identification scale for sports teachers in universities. The scale was consisted of three components which are professional self-concept, professional profit and professional power. The reliability and validity as well as the results of verifiable factor analysis all achieved the requirements of psychometrics. The developing of the scale achieved the prospective purpose.
