摘要
介绍了马钢某热轧机组切头剪切头与切尾速度的计算控制功能,并着重分析了该切头剪因剪切速度控制问题而导致的带钢切尾起拱事故,以及针对该问题提出的速度控制优化方案和改进措施。
In recent years,some hot mill plant of domestic steel corporations import modem corp shear equipment.This article introduces the speed control function of corp shear head and tail cutting in Masteel＇s hot mill plant,and emphasize analyzes some accidences of strip arch when corp shear tail cutting because of the cutting speed＇s problem,proposes speed control＇s optimize solutions and modification.
