高校图书馆馆员权利及其维护

The Right of University Librarians and It's Maintenance

高校图书馆馆员除理应享有宪法及法律法规赋予的权利外,还应当享有与其工作密切相关的权利。但是我国高校图书馆馆员权利现状很不理想。维护图书馆馆员权利应当加强图书馆民主管理制度建设,馆员自身的法律意识和信息育人的形象意识。

In addition to the enjoyment of rights conferred by the Constitution and the law,university librarians should also be entitled to the rights related to their work.However,the status quo of university librarians in our country is far from ideal.To defend librarians＇ rights,we should strengthen the building of democratic management system of libraries,and raise the legal awareness and the image awareness of information education of librarians.
