湘桂铁路永州至柳州段改建方案及运输组织研究

Research on Transport Organization and rebuilding of Yongzhou-Liuzhou Section of Xianggui Railway Line

湘桂铁路永州—柳州段既有能力与设计年度预测客货运量不相适应,以提高铁路输送能力和旅客列车速度为改建目标,在分析永州至柳州段现状技术标准的基础上,提出在永州—柳州段全段保留既有线(单线)的基础上新建双线,最终形成三线运输组织模式的方案,本文研究新建双线的主要技术标准、车站分布,并对其行车量和车流组织进行探讨。

The purpose of this study is to meet the requirements of the short or long term traffic volumes and the national long-range perspective delivery capacity, and to garuantee the competitive advantages of Xianggui railway line in transportation market.By analyzing the current technical standards of Yongzhou-Liuzhou section and predicting the annual freight volume, pairs and routes of passenger trains, this paper presented a scheme o~ three-lines （the existed line and newly-built double lines） transportation organization pattern, aiming at increasing railway delivery capacity and passenger train speed. Then, the related issues of the scheme was discussed and the suggestions were proposed.
