摘要
蛋白质组学作为后基因组学时代研究的重要课题,已经广泛深入到了生命科学的各个领域,应用蛋白质学技术寻到敏感性、特异性的癌症标志物,为更好地进行癌症诊断研究提供了良好平台。本文对蛋白质组学的现状和相关研究技术进行了介绍,并概括了蛋白质组学在癌症方面的研究进展。
Proteomics as a post-genomics era of the important issues have been extensively to all areas of life sciences, which technology for better diagnosis of cancer provides a good platform by find a sensitivity and specificity of biomarkers. In this paper, we describes the status and research technology of proteomics, and summaries the areas of proteomics in cancer research briefly.
