寻常性银屑病皮损中bcl-2 Fas及FasL的表达

摘要 目的 探讨银屑病表皮角质形成细胞异常增殖和分化机制。方法 采用免疫组化技术对10 例寻常性银屑病皮损中bcl2 、 Fas 及 Fas L 表达进行了检测。结果 在寻常性银屑病皮损中,7 例表达bcl2 ,且表达部位主要位于棘细胞层上方和角质层内角化不全细胞;10 例表达 Fas ,表达部位与bal2相似;浸润炎性细胞均不表达 Fas L。相关分析表明,角质形成细胞bcl2 和 Fas 表达强度呈显著负相关( r = - 0 .707 , P< 0 .05) 。结论 bcl2 表达与角质形成细胞角化不全有关,而 Fas L 阴性提示 Fas Fas L途径介导的凋亡在银屑病角质形成细胞凋亡过程中不起主要作用。 Objective In order to study the abnormal proliferation and differentiation mechanisms of keratinocytes in psoriasis.Method The expression of bcl 2,Fas and FasL in lesions of psoriasis vulgaris was detected.Results In the lesional skin of psoriasis vulgaris,the bcl 2 was expressed in 7 cases and mainly localized in upper prikle cell layer and parakeratotic cells in horny layer.All the 10 cases expressed the Fas and the distribution of it was similar to bcl 2,the infiltraing inflammatory cells didn't express FasL.The correlation analysis showed that the expressive intensity of bcl 2 and Fas in keratinocytes was significantly negative(r=-0.707, P <0.05).Conclusion This suggests that bcl 2 is involved in the parakeratosis of keratinocytes,and Fas FasL process don't play major role in apoptosis of keratinocytes in psoriasis vulgaris.
