摘要
以‘津春4号’为材料,高温、高湿、高CO2条件为处理,常规管理为对照,通过对黄瓜根系生长及保护性酶进行对比研究。结果表明:高温、高湿、高CO2条件可以促进黄瓜根系的生长,增强根系吸收活力;高温、高湿、高CO2条件对温室黄瓜根系保护酶活性影响不大,没有显著变化。该研究为高温季节黄瓜生产提供一定的理论参考依据。
The root growth of cucumber and its protective enzyme activity in high temperature and humidity under rich CO2 were studied to compared with the normal temperature and humid.The results show that the growth of root was promoted and absorption vigor was enhanced in the condition of high temperature and humidity under rich CO2,and the protective enzyme activity of cucumber in greenhouse is not obviously affected in that condition.This research is provided as a reference for cucumber production in high temperature.
