胃肠粘膜内皮素-1与消化性溃疡的关系

Relationship Between Endothelit - 1 in the Gastrointestinal Mucosa and Peptic Ulcer

为探讨胃肠粘膜内皮素-1(ET-1)在消化性溃疡发生中的作用,作者应用放射免疫测定法测定了对照组(慢性浅表性胃炎)(10例)、胃溃疡(28例)和十二指肠溃疡(13例)粘膜内ET-1的浓度。结果显示:胃溃疡活动期粘膜内ET-1浓度(7.37±2.90 pg/mg)高于对照组(4.45±1.70 pg/mg)和胃溃疡愈合期(5.64±1.05 pg/mg)(P<0.01,P<0.05),与十二指肠溃疡活动期(6.85±3.37 pg/mg)之间无显著性差异(P>0.5)。愈合期胃溃疡粘膜内ET-1浓度与对照组之间无显著性差异(P>0.01)。不同程度的活动期消化性溃疡粘膜内ET-1浓度之间亦无显著性差异(P>0.2)。结果提示胃肠粘膜内ET-1与消化性溃疡关系密切,可能在消化性溃疡的发病机制中起着重要作用。

Purpose: To investigate the role of mucosal endothelin-1(ET-1) in formation of peptic ul-cer. Methods: Mucosal ET-1 concentrations in the control group (chronic superficial gastritis)(10 cases), gastric ulcer (28 cases) and duodenal ulcer (13 cases) were measured using radioimmunoassay, the concen-trations were compared with in the differant groups. Results: The result showed mucosal ET-1 concentratin in active gastric ulcer (7. 37± ?2. 90 pg/mg) was higher than that in the control group (4.45 ±1. 70 pg/ mg) and that in healing gastric ulcer (5.64±?1.05 pg/mg)(P<0.01, P<0.05), but there is no signifi-cant difference between mucosal ET-1 concentration in active gastric ulcer and that in active duedenal ulcer (6.85±3.37 pg/mg) ( P>0.5) . Mucosal ET-1 concentrations were not significantly different between healing gastric ulcer and the control group (P>0.1), and did not vary significantly with severity of active peptic ulcer (P>0.2). Conclusion: It suggested that mucosal ET-1 concentration related closely with pep-tic ulcer, mucosal ET-1 may play a important role in the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer.
