Process Reengineering of Comprehensive Payment Management of Universities

以业务流程再造思想为核心观念,从流程角度对高校工资综合管理工作中存在的问题和解决的方法、途径进行了分析探讨,并将工资综合管理流程中的相关文件、文字性说明转换为标准的数据格式,便于利用计算机管理和工资数据在各管理软件间的数据转换。通过对高校工资综合管理进行研究,分析高校工资综合管理流程再造的切入点,对工资综合管理业务进行流程优化。实施结果表明,缩短了信息沟通的渠道和时间,提高管理的反应速度,充分验证了该研究在理论和实践上的可行性,实现了由传统的职能管理到面向业务流程管理的转变。

Payment management of universities was analyzed in a process perspective according to the ideology of process reengineering,in which the problems in the process and countermeasures were dealt with.Related documents and explanatory texts in the process were changed into a format of standard data,which is helpful for the data transformation among various kinds of management software.Breakthrough points for process reengineering of comprehensive management of payment in universities was discussed,thus process optimization was made.The practical results show that the channel and time for information communication are shortened,and the reaction speed is raised.This work can realize the transformation of payment management from a level of traditional functional management to one of operation process.
