摘要
通过实验观察氧化型辅酶I(NAD+)对辐射损伤的人正常肝细胞株L02细胞的影响,阐述了氧化型辅酶I(NAD+)抗辐射损伤作用及其机制。结果表明:NAD+能够对抗X射线引起的L02细胞凋亡的增加,恢复细胞增殖活性。进而为研究医源性和非医源性辐射损伤防护、寻求新型放射防护剂提供一种新的思路。
Effect of oxidized Coenzyme I(NAD+) on L02 cells of normal human liver cell lines injured by X-ray was experimentally studied.The function and mechanism of oxidized Coenzyme I(NAD+) of resisting to radiation damage were discussed.The results show that NAD+ can restrain the apoptosis of L02 cells induced by X-ray and make them regain proliferation activity.This study can provide a new way for developing protecting agent of iatrogenic and non-iatrogenic radiation injuries.
