摘要
从经营多元化角度,将微观经济学中的成本收益理论与数理分析中的最优化方法相结合,通过准确评估企业现有业务以及潜在领域业务的当前收益及潜在收益,建立了以资源数量为约束条件的企业组织整体柔度的优化模型,有助于企业进行组织柔度的适当选取,为企业进行组织创新、重新设计与调整整个企业组织结构提供合适的尺度.
From the perspective of business diversification,combining the cost-benefit theory in micro-economics with symbolic analytical optimization method,the flexible organization optimization model whose constraint is the number of resources is established by an accurate assessment of the company to get the current earnings and potential earnings from the fields of existing business and some fields of potential business.This may be helpful to choose a moderate organizational flexibility,which may be useful for enterprise′s organizational innovation and afford an appropriate scale for the whole re-design and adjustment to the enterprise′s organizational structure.
