对我国竞技游泳“全运会现象”分析

Analysis on the 'Phenomenon of National Games' in Our Competitive Swimming Event

运用文献资料法和对比分析法对我国11届全运会的游泳比赛进行分析,结果表明11届全运会的游泳比赛继续了我国在2008年之后的上升势头,比赛成绩全面提高,但是依然存在一些"中国化"的特征:"全运会现象"已经成为规律;核心队员成绩突出,夺冠队员年轻化;"阴盛阳衰"依然是中国竞技游泳的外部表象。究其原因主要是因为全运体制和全运战略使全运会成为中国的"奥运会";国内竞技水平低,队员比赛压力小;队员心理训练不够重视,自我调节能较差;男女项目的不平衡发展等成为了阻碍我国竞技游泳继续进步的绊脚石。

By using the methods of documentation and comparative analysis,we had analyzed the result of 11th National Swimming Game,which made a big progress since 2008.On the other hand,there still exist some ＇Chinese significant features＇,such as ＇national games phenomenon＇ has become the rule;key players made outstanding achievements and the champion was younger;the male athletes perform worse than the female athletes.The main reasons that obstruct China＇s competitive swimming were as follows： the National Games system and strategy was out of keeping with the times;the low level of domestic games made low pressure of the athletes;we need pay great attention to player＇s psychological training and improve their self-adjusting ability;men and women projects need to be more balance.
