地氟醚麻醉与闪光视觉诱发电位关系的临床观察

目的 观察闪光视觉诱发电位 ( f VEP)与地氟醚 ( DES)麻醉深度的关系。方法 3 0例ASA ～ 级手术患者 ,术中 N2 O、O2 及 DES维持麻醉 ,非去极化肌松药维持肌松。吸入 DES自 3 %开始顺序升至 6%和 9% ,每个浓度维持最少 3 0分钟后测 f VEP,记录其主波 ( Pmax)的潜伏期和振幅并比较。结果 随 DES浓度升高 ,Pm ax潜伏期显示出明显而敏感的剂量依赖性延长。结论 f

Objective To observe the relationship between desflurane anesthesia depth and the flash visual evoked potential(fVEP).Methods Thirty patients without the disease in visual pathway and central nerve system,ASA grade Ⅰ Ⅱ,undergoing selective operation were induced with diazepam,propofol,60% nitrous oxide,40% oxygen and scolin before intubation.The anesthesia was maintained with 60% nitrous oxide,and desflurane.The inhalation concentration of desflurane was initiated with 3% and then was increased to 6% and 9% consequently.Latency and amplitude of the maximum potential(Pmax) of fVEP were recorded at least 30 min after the initiation of desflurane inspiration at each level.Results The Pmax latency showed a distinct and sensitive prolongation along with the increase of desflurane concentration.Conclusion fVEP may act as a useful neurophysiological indicator of desflurane anesthetic depth
