Tb^(3+)共掺杂Al_2O_3:Eu粉体的结构及其光致发光研究 被引量:1

摘要 用碳酸氢铵和氨水的混合溶液来作复合沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备了Tb3+共掺杂Al2O3:Eu粉体.用X射线衍射(XRD)对其相结构进行了研究,通过荧光分光光度计分析了Tb3+离子共掺杂浓度对Al2O3:Eu的发光性能的影响.研究结果表明:Tb3+掺杂提高了γ-Al2O3的热稳定性.并观察到Tb3+→Eu3+的能量传递,最佳掺杂浓度为5 mol%,提高了Al2O3:Eu的发光强度. The Tb3+ co-doped Al2O3:Eu powders were prepared by co-precipitation method using mixture of ammonium hydrogen carbonate and ammonium water as complex precipitator.The crystal structure of the resulting powders was investigated by X-ray diffraction and Influences of Tb3+ ion concentration on the luminescence properties of its was analyzed by a fluorescence spectrometer.The results shows that the stability of the Tb3+ co-doped Al2O3:Eu powders were improved,the energy transfer between Tb3+ and Eu3+ ions was Observed and optimum concentration of Tb3+ dopant is 5 mol%.
