摘要
目的 探讨温度对吸入麻醉药体外循环预充液 /气分配系数的影响。方法 采用注射器两次平衡法 ,利用气相色谱仪分别测定乳酸林格氏液、琥珀酰明胶、人体血浆和库血在 3 7℃、3 3℃、2 9℃、2 5℃、2 1℃和 17℃的六个不同温度点的液 /气分配系数。结果 地氟醚、异氟醚和氟烷分别在乳酸林格氏液、琥珀酰明胶、人体血浆和库血中的液 /气分配系数均与温度之间呈负直线相关 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,同一种液体在同一温度中 ,地氟醚的液 /气分配系数最小 ,氟烷最大 ,异氟醚介于二者中间 ;温度每变化 1℃ ,在四种液体中液 /气分配系数变化率为地氟醚 <异氟醚 <氟烷。结论 随着温度的下降 ,所测体外循环预充液的吸入麻醉药液
Objective To investigate the effect of temperature on the liquid/gas partition coefficient of volatile anesthetics in cardiopulmonary bypass prime.Methods The liquid/gas partition coefficients of desflurane,isoflurane and halothane were measured at 37℃,33℃,29℃,25℃,21℃ and 17℃ in lactate Ringers solution,succinylated gelatin,plasma and banked blood by using double equilibration technique with gas chromatography.Results As anticipated,liquid/gas partition coefficients increased as the temperature decreased.An inverse linear relationship was found between temperature and liquid/gas partition coefficients.The percentage change in solubility per℃ was the least with desflurane,the greatest with halothane.Conclusion For all of the anesthetic agents above, hypothermia can increase their solubilities in the cardiopulmonary bypass prime.The effect of temperature on pharmacokinetics is the greatest with halothane and the least with desflurane.
